Provide a range of corporate financing products largely in property backed financing and factoring to a portfolio of small-medium-enterprises.
Service and foster relationships with existing accounts to increase utilization and reduce attrition.
Growing the revenue of your portfolio by originating new loans and maximizing utilization.
Sourcing new prospects to onboard new borrowing SME clients.
Conduct financial and qualitative analysis on companies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum3 to 4 years of experience in SME trade finance and property financing is required.
Candidates with factoring experience will be preferred.
Able to write effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
Our Management Associate Programme (MA Programme) is a 1.5 years programme comprising of 3 six-months rotations to various departments of the Group.
We welcome fresh graduates and working professionals to join us as Management Associates (MAs). The successful candidate can expect a dedicated senior mentor throughout the span of programme.
Career interests of the MA will be duly considered for each MA’s rotation plan. At the end of 3 rotations, the Company will be in discussion with the MA to finalize a permanent placement within the Group.

You will not be trained and coached only in the areas of work. In our company culture, character development is a thing. Our MA Programme seeks to cultivate and accentuate those values in our MAs.
Provide desktop support to users on site and remote. This includes installation, liaising with vendors and the setup of application software.
Setup laptops and virtual phones for new staff based on corporate specifications.
Diagnose and perform L1 troubleshooting on all corporate equipment, solutions and ensure that relevant updates and patches are applied accordingly to all the desktops and servers.
Initiate escalation procedures and follow up on all open requests to vendors in the event of hardware failure.
First level troubleshooting of network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
Track hardware and software inventory and provide updates to the relevant departments on regular basis.
Assist in user/hardware movement and office relocations.
Maintain defective equipment/parts in maintenance inventory, document repairs, maintain and restock assigned laptops as per headcount requirements.
Assist users with data backups and application recovery on a required basis.
Maintain IT records and participate in IT audits in a supporting role on a required basis.

REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a technical service role.
Technical skills in Microsoft Windows, desktop hardware, desktop software application and network environments.
Knowledge with user setup on Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint would be advantageous.
Monitor security alerts and system logs for suspicious activities, analyze security incidents, and lead investigations to determine the scope of security breaches.
Configure and manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (Darktrace/IDS/IPS), and other security measures to protect the organization's networks.
Perform regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and risk assessments to identify potential security weaknesses and provide remediation recommendations.
Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness programs for employees to enhance their knowledge of security best practices and reduce human error-related risks.
Ensure the organization complies with relevant security regulations and industry standards (e.g., MAS, ISO 27001, SOC). Maintain and update security policies and procedures as necessary.
Manage the protection of critical systems and data through encryption, backup, and access control mechanisms. Review and enforce security protocols for applications and databases.
Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement secure systems and infrastructure to mitigate risks. Participate in the development and implementation of security architecture across the organization.
Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Legal, Compliance) to assess risks, resolve security challenges, and ensure the safe use of technology within the organization.
Maintain clear documentation of security incidents, vulnerability reports, and remediation actions. Provide regular reports to management regarding the security posture of the organization.
Maintain and support current pool of Azure and AWS VMs together with a number of SQL Server instances. Provide secondary cover for infrastructure support tasks on a required basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a cybersecurity or IT security role, with hands-on experience in network and systems security.
In-depth knowledge of common security frameworks, protocols, and tools, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, endpoint protection, and encryption.
Experience with security tools like SIEM, vulnerability scanners, antivirus/antimalware software, and cloud security platforms would be an advantage.
Solid understanding of risk management principles and the ability to conduct risk assessments and mitigate identified risks.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., MAS TRM and ISO 27001).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.

The Strategic Account Manager will manage relationships with key corporate customers, drive strategic partnerships, and enhance customer engagement to support IFS’s objectives. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, expanding wallet share, and promoting cross-selling of financial products to meet revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute engagement strategies to deepen relationships and maximize revenue from strategic accounts.
