"It showed how IFS evolved through the times," Gwen reflects. And evolve, it did. Over the past three decades, IFS Capital has grown from a traditional finance company into a one-stop lending solutions provider, housing Friday Finance, Lendingpot, and IFS Asset Management (IFSAM) under its umbrella.

"IFS has transformed to keep pace with the industry—investing in digitalization, enhancing customer experience, and expanding its financial services," Gwen shares.

Starting her journey in collections, Gwen climbed the ranks to lead operations—a journey marked by challenges, learning, and trust.

"The company gave me room to grow, from handling debt collection to leading operations. These milestones are deeply meaningful to me," she says.
